1. Digital course
The AI Operator course is non-refundable once digital access begins, where you requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that any statutory withdrawal right ends when delivery starts.
This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. If mandatory consumer law gives you a cancellation or remedy right in your circumstances, that right continues to apply.
2. Access problems and duplicate charges
Contact us if you cannot access the product, were charged twice or received something materially different from what was ordered. We will first try to restore access or correct the charge. Where that is not reasonably possible, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a full or partial refund.
3. Change of mind and unused access
After digital access has begun with the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not refund for change of mind, lack of use, scheduling conflicts or failure to complete the programme. Please review the scope and ask questions before purchasing.
4. Enterprise services
Enterprise discovery, implementation and support are governed by the cancellation, milestone and refund provisions in the signed proposal or service agreement. If that agreement is silent, fees for work already performed and committed third-party costs remain payable.
5. How to request a review
Email info@187n.ai with your name, purchase email, order reference, purchase date and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
