1. About these terms
These terms apply to the website theaioperator.nl and to products sold under The AI Operator by 187N. Your contract is with 187N Agency LLC, 412 N Main St, Suite 100, Buffalo, WY 82834, United States, EIN 98-1931393 (“The AI Operator”, “we”, “us”). By ordering a product or using paid content, you agree to these terms.
If we enter into a separately signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement, that agreement takes priority where it conflicts with these website terms.
2. What we provide
Our products may include digital lessons, templates, software resources, community access, live sessions, coaching and enterprise implementation. The exact scope, access period and price are stated on the checkout page or in your signed proposal at the time of purchase.
We may improve, replace or reorganise course materials while preserving the product’s overall purpose and value.
3. Orders and payment
The applicable price and taxes are stated at checkout. Payment may be processed by a third-party provider such as Whop or Stripe, whose payment terms also apply. You must provide accurate billing and contact information.
Enterprise fees, milestones and payment dates are set out in the applicable proposal.
4. Your account and licence
Paid course materials are licensed to one purchaser for personal or internal business use. You may not share logins, resell access, publish lessons, distribute templates as standalone products, scrape the platform or reproduce our content without written permission.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity performed through it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Community and acceptable use
Keep participation lawful, professional and respectful. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, harass others, distribute malware, solicit members without permission or attempt to bypass platform security. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect members, our systems or our intellectual property.
6. Results and third parties
We provide education, tools and implementation support—not a guarantee of revenue, savings or any specific business outcome. Results depend on your decisions, execution, data and market conditions.
Third-party tools, discounts and integrations are subject to their providers’ availability, eligibility rules, prices and terms. A listed perk is not guaranteed indefinitely.
7. Intellectual property
The website, brand, lessons, videos, methods, software, designs and materials are owned by or licensed to The AI Operator by 187N. You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. For enterprise work, ownership and licence rights are governed by the signed proposal or service agreement.
8. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in providing the website and services, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunities or third-party platform failures. Our total liability relating to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Cancellation and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful conduct or misuse of our content. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory law.
10. Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Wyoming, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
